Kelly is a native of Barbour County and graduated from Philip Barbour High School in 2003. She went on to receive her BS in Biology from WV Wesleyan in 2007 before graduating from WVU with her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. 

Kelly enjoys working with a broad spectrum of patients including geriatrics, athletes, post-surgical/joint replacements, orthopedics, and patients who suffer with chronic pain. She is also ASTYM certified. She feels very fortunate to be able to help improve the quality of lives of her patients so close to home.

Kelly and her husband Tim currently reside in Moatsville along with their daughter Emily and twin sons Caleb and Logan.
